Select the project you want to export by locating it in the bottom-left Project Library panel list and double-clicking your project to open it.Open Final Cut Pro X by clicking the icon on the Dock or by searching “Final Cut Pro 10” in spotlight.Learn everything you need to know about Final Cut Pro X by using the tutorials at on any GroundWorks computer.The exporting process includes fully rendering and saving your project as a self-contained video file and will take time depending on the settings, complexity, processing power, and other factors.It is recommended that you work on your project from your external hard drive.External hard drives are available for purchase at the Computer Showcase. It is highly recommended to bring an external hard drive on which to store all your files. User files on a GroundWorks computer are not safe from deletion. GroundWorks does not have any means of long-term storage for your files.
Final Cut Pro X projects have no compatibility with Adobe Premiere Pro or vice versa. iMovie ’11 projects can be opened in Final Cut Pro X, but not vice versa. Note: Final Cut Pro X projects are not compatible with the older Final Cut Pro 7 and Final Cut Express nor vice versa.
